NBA Jam Session will be stopping in the following cities:
Halifax - Waterfront, Aug 21-22
Montreal - Crescent Street, Sept 11-12
Winnipeg - The Forks, Sept 18-19
Calgary - Olympic Plaza, Sept 25-26
Vancouver - Granville Square, Oct 2-3
Toronto - Yonge-Dundas Square, Oct 9-10
Saturday will feature a variety of activities including:
  • Appearances by an NBA player or Legend, mascot, dancers and Harlem Globetrotter
  • Take a photo with The Larry O'Brien Trophy
  • Show us your moves in a dance clinic with dance teams
  • Measure up and compare yourself to current NBA players
  • Free giveaways and lots of prizes to be won!
Sunday will be all ball, all day with a 3on3 tournament:
  • Four age brackets are available: under 12 co-ed as well as male and female divisions for 13-15, 16-18 and 19+
  • 19+ city winning teams will compete in a national championship in Toronto for a chance to play on centre court at a Raptors preseason game
  • Team numbers are extremely limited
  • Entry fee is $60/team
Registration ends October 10, 2010 or when team spots are full. Open to legal residents of Canada who are (1) 19 years of age or older as of August, 22, 2010 and (2) not current members of any professional basketball team or US college or US university basketball team.
